Embrace your Greatness
The Be Greatful pendant is a reminder of your own greatness, and the transformative power of gratitude.
The center diamond reminds us of our own precious value and unbreakable resilience - each of us has valuable skills and experiences that make us who we are, and are the starting point of our success.
The spiral represents our effect on the world. By believing in our value, and recognizing the value in others, we begin to change the world around us for the better. Like ripples in a pond, these changes spread and grow, empowering others.
About the Pendant
The Be Greatful pendant is made from METAL MIX, with a genuine KARAT NUMBER karat diamond at the center. On a LENGTH chain, it adds a touch of elegance to any outfit. But it also serves as a daily reminder to embrace greatfulness in our lives.
What is Greatfulness?
Spelled great-ful, greatfulness is a mindset. When we recognize our own strengths and value, we begin to recognize those same things in others. This recognition is the foundation for relationships that last: in families, among friends, in school, and at work.
About the Jeweler
Ivan is a renowned designer, gemologist, and third-generation jeweler. He is also an author, entrepreneur, and business coach with a focus on the transformative power of gratitude. He founded Ivan Alan Jewels at the age of 25, and has designed numerous collections, including the Diamond Occasion Necklace and the Forever Thank You line, a tie-in series with his first book.
The Be Greatful pendant is an extension of his newest program. For individuals, embracing “great”fulness is the key to unlocking a more fulfilled life. However, Ivan has also created an in-person and phone-based workshop series for businesses. As an entrepreneur and master salesman, Ivan recognizes the power of gratitude to transform brands, teams, and business results.

What is the spiral?
Greatfulness isn’t just an attitude, or a mindset. It is a way of embracing the best version of ourselves or as Ivan likes to say, “the greater you.” When we’re Greatful, we’re better family members, better friends, better workers, and better dreamers. Greatfulness is about gratitude helping to embrace your skills and strengths, and use them to create a better life for yourself and others.
Spirals have been around for thousands of years from many civilizations, representing expansion of the universe as well as ourselves. Spirals are a reminder of the transformative power of gratitude - including both our “great” and “terrible” self, as Ivan the Greatful jokes. It takes overcoming obstacles to gain the confidence and power we all have within us. The changes start at the center, with us, transforming our lives for the better. Then, they spread to those closest to us, and everyone we meet, on and on like ripples in a pond. When we make gratitude a habit - when we’re Greatful - we unlock the best possible version of ourself, and in doing so, we start to change the world around us.
The spiral was inspired by an incredible woman: Ivan’s mother. She often wrote notes and postcards in a spiral, taking the extra time to make her message special. As he grew up, Ivan noticed spirals everywhere, and they reminded him to be thankful for his life and family. When developing his ideas around Greatfulness, Ivan realized that the spiral was a perfect symbol: a metaphor for gratitude, and a reminder to be Greatful, all in one.
